Typical construction plan of calcium silicate insulation

1. 硅酸鈣管絕熱層厚度為80㎜,直管段分為內外二層施工,每層厚度為40mm。彎頭為預制成雙層的成型件。

The thickness of the insulation layer is 80mm. For the straight pipe, the insulation is divided into two layers, the inner layer and the outer layer, each with a thickness of 40mm. For the elbow, the insulation is prefabricated forming parts with 2 layers.

2. 硅酸鈣瓦塊絕熱層施工時,同層應錯縫,上下層應壓縫,其搭接長度不宜小于50㎜.

When the insulation layer is constructed, the slits of the same layer should be mismatched; the upper and lower layers' ends should be overlapped, and the lap length should be 50mm at least.

3. 水平管道外層縱向保溫接縫應避免留在管道頂部。

Longitudinal insulation slits of horizontal pipes should not be at the top of pipes.

4.伸縮縫：直管段每安裝15段（9米）需留20mm的伸縮縫，彎頭兩端均預留20mm伸縮縫，采用壓扁的硅酸鋁填塞。內外層均需要伸縮縫。

Expansion joint: 20 mm expansion joint should be left for each 15 (9 m) segments of straight pipe section, and at both ends of elbows. The expansion joints should be filled with compressed aluminium silicate. Both inner and outer layers need expansion joints.

5. 每層硅酸鈣保溫制品每段至少應有兩道鍍鋅鐵線環(huán)形捆扎，鐵絲距保溫材料端頭大于100㎜，擰緊后的鐵絲扎頭要嵌入保溫層縱縫內。

There should be at least two strands of galvanized wires in each section of the insulation layer. The distance between the wire and the end of the insulation layer should be 100mm at least. The tightened wire lash head should be embedded in the longitudinal slit of the insulation layer.
